Jason Price

Nickname
Priceless

Birthdate
April 12th, 1981

Height
5'11"

Weight
222lbs.

Hometown
Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Wrestling Style
Shooter; Jason excels at submission wrestling, he knows how to apply the right pressure to the right areas in order to wear down an opponent. He knows how to grapple on the mat and keep his opponent tied up, can hang with the best mat wrestlers in the world. He idolized and studied the Hart family, wanted to train at the Dungeon, but ended up in the US Marine core and then trained under Lou Thesz. On a side note by the way, Price refuses to give up, though he is smart enough to know when to tap to prevent an injury, he isn't one who taps out or gives up a lot, very rarely, so when he loses its at least 95% by pinfall. Sticks to the ground mostly, will work over one body part at a time. Will go to the air sometimes, but only when he knows he can do it without missing or getting caught, so he's not a daredevil, too precise to be.

Biography
He was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and wrestling was very much around him, but at 5 or 6 is when he really took an interest and would idolize hometown hero Chris Benoit. When he was 9 the family moved to Calgary and is love for wrestling only grew and he procalimed at age 11 he would train at the Hart's Dungeon and become the next Benoit, his ultimate dream! Around that age he took a tour of the house, just something small and unofficial, he got to see the legendary Dungeon and meet the entire Hart family including Stu and Bret. He would work hard when he wasn't going to school and saved all his money for his training and as well he would train himself as hard as he could. At 15 the family would move to Montreal, quite far for a boy it would seem, but not when he had a dream to fulfill. Until he turned eighteen he just kept working and training, and when he was done with school he told his parents goodbye and left heading back to Calgary, his parents would give him their blessing. So he had his money and he was in good shape, tried out for the class, but unfortuneately Price was not accepted and not due to any reason physically, just the class was too full. Had he planned his trip better and found out the class times he coulda got in and rather than wait Price would take his money and travel looking for a good school. Worked some indy matches and picked up a little bit of unofficial training, mainly just jobbed, but hey, everyone starts at the bottom. Found his way into the US and somehow managed to come across a Marine recruiter who talked him into joining the Marines. Price was young and naive, he joined, stayed with the Marines for 2 years making it to a Lance Corporal. He was able to get out before the Iraq war, though he was almost forced to stay as they made it hard for him to leave, but he got out. During his travels in the core Price smartened up a lot, he learned about different wrestling schools despite still wanting to go to the Dungeon, plus he'd been saving his money up. Once he got out he found the nearest school which was Lou Thesz's school in St. Louis Missouri. he got into class there and finally began training for his dream of being a wrestler. In the class he met a man named JR Hawk and the two quickly became good friends, both from Canada and both with an undying passion for the business. They would complete their training in '02, though because of Thesz's untimeley death they finished their training with Verne Gagne and both would end up going to Japan to wrestle. After a few months Hawk left to wrestle elsewhere, go around the world, Price just stayed in Japan, he loved their shoot style over there. In late '03 he was contacted by a small promotion in Detroit called Wrestling Underground ran by a man called Frank E. Dangerously. He signed with the promotion and loved it as they may have been small, but it was hardcore, real hardcore like Japan. Some months later is when he would finally meet is idol. Jason attended the Monday Night RAW after WrestleMania 20. He sat front row watching the entire show and after it was over he tried to meeting Chris Benoit, but couldn't get to him, too many fans. The next day Jason happened to meet him as went into a gym to workout and in there was Benoit. Jason was in awe and stared for a few minutes, but decided against interrupting him and went into his workout. Benoit sensing the staring eyes and seeing him, whatever it was, he made his way to Jason and introduced himself, the two talked briefly and Jason spilled his lifestory in about 5 minutes. They shared a laugh or two and decided to meet later at Benoit's hotel to just talk about the business and so they did. Benoit gave pointers, Jason soaked up the knowledge like a sponge and then they parted ways and Jason never did get to meet him again. He stayed with Wrestling Underground until the fall of '05 when he joined a bigger promotion out of Detroit called SEF....Showstoppa's Extreme Federation! Jason would get into a TV Title tournament right away, but would be eliminated and soon he left to pursue what he thought at the time was a bigger opportunity for him and lord only knows opportunities don't happen often in wrestling, so ya have to chase them. He would travel the country a bit wrestling here and there, getting some more experience and making his name known across the indy circuit. He almost signed with SEF again, but had to back out for personal reasons. He did sign back with Wrestling Underground and continued to work with them to this day, he even got on TV through them, but their deal fell through, so they continue working non televised shows in Detroit. Signed with NEW....New Extreme Wrestling, a young company with a great vision, one Jason wants to be a part of. The companies vision was blinded by bullshit like all other new school feds. After his debut match that saw Price lose, but school Gavin Masterson he was not booked again and then the fed was closed down, so of course Price was gone and worked the indies a bit. Went back to Underground just time to merge with SEF, left soon after when he found APW, American Pro Wrestling where he again is looking to make his name known as one of best, pure wrestlers in the business something he already is, just his name isn't known...yet! Had to leave for personal reasons and APW would shut down and re open, they had issues too. Jason went to work for Wrestling Underground in '07 and came back to SEF when the two companies merged, wrestled there for a while, but never made it. Showed up in MCW in the summer of 2010 when SEF brought it back and stayed with SEF working on Sacrifice after MCW was cancelled. Reconciled with Chris Crest and the two joined the Dangerous Corporation looking to enhance their careers. Ended up in and out of SEF along with Chris due to Viper's obsessive control and the two would end up becoming the Paine Pushers which they stick with today trying to finally break out.

PRICE TO PLAY hits and Jason makes his way out to the ring carrying his Canadian flag with him and waving at the fans which garners boos unless its in Canada, then they cheer. Tina now makes the introduction.

Now making his way to the ring from Montreal Quebec Canada, weighing two hundred twenty two pounds, he is Priceless.......Jason Price!

He just walks confidently and seriously to the ring. He enters waving the flag around and then steps out on the apron sticking it out near the steps propping it upright.
